Please note... Currently there is a glitch w/ the sexclothingleg.. However placing code for this into TattooLeg and HFWL_blank.png into sexclothingleg will help with the white out currently involving the crotch when removing top layer of clothing. Otherwise, the crotch in sexclothingleg will be white when you remove the top layer.
Open your Social Center Profile. Click on the Edit Profile tab. Then Avatar tab. Place the code in the indicated slot. Place the .gml/ .gr2 code in it's appropiate location. Save changes, name outfit then save. Go into closet and select new outfit.
If you make changes after naming you will need to rename the outfit again.
